Our precise payment terms depend upon the nature of your booking and the services provided. But whatever you’re booking, we try to make it as easy for you as possible.

Outside Vietnam

We do not currently accept credit card payments from outside Vietnam (watch this space!), so you have the following options:

• Bank transfer
• PayPal
• Cash payment on arrival in Vietnam (limited so please ask!)

Inside Vietnam

• Cash – we will come and collect (Saigon only), or you can pop in & see us
• Bank transfer
• Credit card – in person at our office
• Direct debit (for regular corporate accounts)
