Travel/Customer Service vacancy at Come & Go Vietnam

Come & Go Vietnam, Saigon’s friendliest travel specialists, are looking for a mature expat to handle our customer services on a part-time basis. The job involves dealing with overseas customers (mostly by email) and local expat clientele (by email/telephone), sending out tour programmes and costings, following up proposals, and general customer service correspondence. There will also be some proofreading involved.

Essential:

• Native English speaker
• Good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Friendly, outgoing personality and mature outlook
• Good knowledge of Vietnam

Desirable:

• Other languages (particularly French) a bonus
• Good contacts and networks in the local expat community
• Travel industry experience

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) and can be tailored to fit around your existing commitments (e.g. school hours). Salary is negotiable.
